Description
Job Duties/Tasks:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, industry, and competitive environment.
- Build a sales pipeline through both your own and FlexNetworks efforts and activities.
- Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up.
- Identify and present FlexNetworks portfolio of services and highlight the features and benefits.
- Use your knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Utilize persuasive objection and closing techniques that lead to signed agreements.
- Meet personal sales quotas as well as company targets.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track progress with prospects.
- Participate in regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and business review sessions.
Specifically Accountable to:
- Identify and research new sales opportunities
- Achieve sales and profit objectives of the Corporation
- Maintain an accurate and up to date opportunity funnel, with proper staging and next steps.
- Work closely with your Director and Sr. Sales Management to keep them apprised of all customer related activities.
- Maintain and update all customer records in Salesforce.com as well as FlexNetworks internal storage drive.
Compensation
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
