Residential Sales and Marketing Representative
Description
What we need:
· A person who can Identify/Create/Execute new and existing sales and marketing initiatives/opportunities
· In depth knowledge of the rural Saskatchewan market.
· You achieve sales and profit objectives of the Department.

Primary job duties:
· Create and deliver marketing and Sales collateral to the residents in the communities we serve.
· Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, industry, and competitive environment.
· Build a sales pipeline through FlexNetworks efforts and activities.
· Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up.
· Identify and present FlexNetworks portfolio of services and highlight the features, advantages and benefits.
· Be the face of our brand. Represent FlexNetworks at various community events, sharing the exciting news that FlexNetworks Fibre is coming to their area.
· Gather market related research by having conversations with residents within our market.
· Customer Interaction Management with computer proficiency
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless, concierge-like service to both potential and existing customers.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications:
· Post-Secondary education (preferably in areas of Marketing, or Business Administration.)
· 1 to 3 years customer service and/or sales experience.
· Demonstrable competence in developing strong relationships.
· Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

- Ability to travel within the region and participate in events; must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to reliable transportation.

- Experience with Sonar CRM considered an asset.

WORKING CONDITIONS
· A mix of normal indoor office environment and outdoor working conditions (community events and campaign delivery)
- Work requires local travel and short-term travel within rural Saskatchewan as required.
· Conditions include dealing with customer concerns as part of completing assigned work activity.
Compensation
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
